Vikki Hope Grable

Vikki was born on September 17, 1951 in Porterville, California to Calvin and Mary Francis (Cox) Hyder. Vikki was a CNA nurse. Graduated from Golden State Business College in 1995 with an A.S. degree in business. She ultimately loved charter companies. Vikki worked as a dispatcher for over 25 years!

Vikki married Walter Gene Grable, Sr. in 1973 and they had four children.

She is preceded in death by her father Calvin Hyder; her mother, Mary Francis Cox; her stepmother, Alene Hyder, her brother, Danny Smith, and her son, Brian Calvin Grable.

Vikki is survived by her husband Walter, Sr.; her daughters, Cynthia Grable and Amanda Grable; her son, Walter Jr.; her twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind to cherish her memory her seven sisters, Nancy Moore, Donna Smith, Debbie Benevente, Patti Rollins, Kathy Simpson, Candi Snow, and Cindy Shafer.

Celebration of Life will be held June 23rd, 2023 at 11:00 am in Tulare First Assembly 316 S Mooney Blvd Tulare, California 93274.

A potluck will follow immediately after service. Please join us in honoring our beloved mother!
