WEST COLUMBIA - Funeral services for Mr. Andrew M. Jeffers, Sr., 77, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday December 22, 2015 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel with interment in Southland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday, December 21, 2015.
Mr. Jeffers was born August 3, 1938 in Richland County, South Carolina and departed this earthly Life to go be with the Lord. He was the son of the late, Henry Jeffers, Sr. and Sallie Jacobs Jeffers. Mr. Andrew worked as a Truck Driver for Builders First Choice.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mrs. Christeen Jeffers of West Columbia; children, Patricia Jeffers, Betty Washington (Macy), Andrew Jeffers, Jr. (Venetha), Helena Jeffers-Pearson (Tony), Darlene Amiker (Joey), all of West Columbia, Ronnette Briggs (Robert) of Blythewood and Princess Jeffers of West Columbia, Edward Jeffers of West Columbia; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; brothers, Billy and Jimmy (Gwen) Jeffers, both of West Columbia and his sisters, Bobbie Myers, Frennie Smith, both of Columbia and Lillie Williams of West Columbia; his sisters and brothers-in-law and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
