WEST COLUMBIA— A Celebration of Life Service for Bob Rish, 75, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel with interment to follow at Southland Memorial Gardens. Friends and family will be received prior to the service from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was born May 9, 1941, in Columbia, SC, to the late Ervin R. Rish and Winona Sightler Rish. He graduated from Greenwood High School, Greenwood, SC. and attended Valdosta State University, Valdosta, GA and Columbia College, Columbia, SC. He was ordained and served in the ministry for 50 years leading many people to Christ and touching many lives.
He is survived by his wife, a daughter, three sons, nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two brothers, two sisters and a large, loving extended family.
