Clarence was a beloved husband, daddy, father-in-law, granddaddy, brother, uncle, and friend. He loved and cherished his family, and they loved him. Above all, he loved Jesus. He was a truck driver throughout his career and retired from ABF in 1998. After retirement, he enjoyed gardening and carpentry, and very much enjoyed sharing these activities with his grandchildren. He was a member of Mt. Horeb Methodist Church and looked forward to worshipping each Sunday and serving as an usher.
In addition to his parents, Clarence was preceded in death by two brothers, Gene Wise and Lynnwood Wise.
Clarence is survived by his wife, Doris Player Wise; daughters, Tammie Wise Hiller (Michael) and Alissa Wise; grandchildren, Jonathan Hiller and Melissa Hiller; brother Rev. Dewey Wise; sisters, Bobbie Cannon and Margaret Hodge; and numerous nieces and nephews.
