GASTON – A graveside service for Dempsey Lee Parker, 54, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 22, 2012 in Southland Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel.
Mr. Parker was born December 9, 1957 in Columbia, SC and passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2012. He was a son of Arlie Parker and the late Mable Marthers Parker. He loved to work on cars and ride motorcycles.
Mr. Parker is survived by his father; daughter, Ashley Gregory (Brent); brother, Kenny Parker (Kathy); sister, Judy Spears (Chuck); nephews, Bubba Parker and Tony Spears (Judy Fay); niece, Tabitha Solomon (John) and great niece, Rachel Spears. He was predeceased by his mother and nephew, Sampson Spears.
