Judy Kaye White left this earthly life February 17, 2024. Leaving to mourn is a large loving family and many wonderful friends. The greatest loss felt by her husband and best friend of 44 years, Frank.
Kaye was a kind, generous, and loyal woman that loved unconditionally with a beautiful laugh. Our hearts are broken and rejoicing that she is surrounded with peace and reunited with her parents and beloved children. After many years with Bruner Powell Wall & Mullins, LLC, Kaye retired to care for her parents and family. Kaye’s greatest joys were her family, friends, the beach, sunning poolside, traveling, cheering for everyone to succeed and live their dreams, good food, the Gamecocks, and General Hospital. Kaye was born in Washington, NC on January 21, 1949 to parents, Ray and Betsy Lillard. Kaye was predeceased by her loving parents and her children, Joe and Beth White.
Left to love the life they shared with Kaye is her husband Frank; her little Remy dog; her brother, Curtis Woolard of Florida; her bonus children, Mike White of Columbia, SC, Kathy Griffin (Wayne) of Richmond, VA, and Laurie Becker of Portsmouth, VA; grandchildren, Kyle White, Andrew White (Tiffany), Kevin Becker (Suzanne), Lauren Kinser, Emily Merget (Kevin), Sam Griffin, and her name sake, Ava Mary-Kaye White; great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Alyssa, Savannah, McKenzie, Jack, and baby boy, Merget, on the way this summer.
Please celebrate Kaye’s life with friends and family at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home – West Columbia Chapel, 820 West Dunbar Road, West Columbia, SC 29170, on Saturday, March 9th at 11:00 AM by sharing stories and memories.
