Kenny was born to Otis Melvin and Bessie Sue DeLoach on July 16, 1947, in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Kenny is survived by his wife of 56 years, Patricia Ann DeLoach; son, Brian DeLoach; son, Nicolas DeLoach; sister, Carolyn Mann; brother, Ronald DeLoach; sister, Sandy Morris (Bob); sister, Gayle DeLoach; brother, Jack DeLoach (Karen); and brother, Dale DeLoach. Kenny was predeceased by his brother, Jerry DeLoach.
Kenny was educated at Eau Claire High School. Then he enrolled in the electrical apprentice program at Midlands Technical College. Throughout his career as an electrician, Kenny worked with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW 382) in Columbia. Work would later take him to numerous large construction sites throughout the southeast. Kenny worked hard all his life to support his family, often requiring travel and extended periods working out-of-town. Kenny closed out his career after working over 10 years at McEntire Air National Guard base. Kenny remained in contact with many of his friends until his passing.
A visitation for Kenneth will be held Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home - West Columbia Chapel, 820 West Dunbar Road, West Columbia, SC 29170, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM.
