Graveside services will be 2p.m., Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012 at Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum.
She was born May 20, 1918 in Woodbury, Texas to John Tarlton and Naomi Fae Andrews.
Eula was raised in Hillsboro, Texas where she graduated from high school and lived most of her young life. She then moved to Waco and worked until she retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company.
Eula was a long time member of Beverly Hills Baptist Church of Waco.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Mary K. Acker, Ava Griffin, and Billie Dossett and husband Edmond L. Wells.
She is survived by her brother, Edwin Vaughn Andrews; nieces, Barbara Faulknor and Beverly Richardson and nephews, Steve Dossett and John Acker.
