Larry Eugene Henderson, age 79, of Woodway, Texas passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 in his beloved hometown Waco. A dedicated volunteer fireman for 40 years in Woodway, Larry was known for his unwavering commitment to serving his community and was a familiar face during times of need.
Larry spent his professional life working at Wales Industries, where he earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues. Outside of work, he had a passion for raising homing pigeons, a hobby that brought him joy and relaxation. He was always willing to lend a helping hand, making a lasting impact on the lives of many in his community.
Larry is survived by his family and countless friends who will cherish his memory and legacy of service he leaves behind.

A graveside for Larry will be held Friday, September 13, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Waco Memorial Park, 6623 I-35, Robinson, TX 76706.
