Sharon Ann Arnesen, 76, of Waco, passed away on Sunday, December 5, 2021. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Friday, December 10, 2021 at Connally/Compton Funeral Directors. Interment will follow in Waco Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, December 9th at the funeral home.
Mrs. Arnesen was born on December 18, 1944 in Phoenix, Arizona to Clarence and Marion (Lillard) Henry. She sold Real-estate and was ranked #3 in sales in Texas and the nation. She gave up her profession to move to Alabama to be with her family which she loved dearly; especially her grandchildren. Mrs. Arnesen loved the outdoors and taking long walks. After her illness she moved back to Texas to be close to her sister. Sharon was very involved with the Church of the Nazarene in Alabama and Highland Baptist Church in Waco. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother; Larry Henry, granddaughter; Samantha Posey and husbands; Leslie Posey and Ron Arnesen.
Survivors include her sister; Beth Nystrom and her husband, Gary, sons; Jeff Posey and Chris Posey, grandchildren; Kellie Posey, Leslie Posey, Justin Posey and Greg Posey and 8 great grandchildren.
