Sherriene “Rennie” Lee Mapuana Sagon Boots

A celebration of Rennie’s life will be held at 9:00 a.m., April 23, at Journey Christian Community Church in China Spring, TX.

Rennie was born in Wahiawa, Oahu, Hawaii May 20, 1968 to Simon and Dorothy Sagon. Rennie was very outgoing and full of life. Her colorful personality blessed everyone she came in contact with. She was an active member of Journey Christian Community Church before moving to Midlothian in 2013. One of her biggest loves was serving the church with her good friend, Tracy Davis. She adored Tracy’s granddaughter, Braelyn who called her Nani and “hanai” her as her own. Rennie was a wonderful wife and dedicated mother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Cynthia Borges.

She is missed and loved by her husband of 28 years, Kyle Brent Boots; children, Kandace Key Leialoha Boots and Kevin Brent Kealoha Boots; sisters, Sharon Mae Mahealani Minor (Mario), Carla Jeanne Lehuanani Barbetta (Andrew), and Chrys Robyn Hauoli Ramirez (Ronnie); brother, Steven Patrick Francis Kalanialoha Sagon (Julie) and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
