She graduated from St. Anthony School. After high school she married Frederick H. Ventura and together they started their family.
Colette loved reading, was very fond of flowers, and most definitely loved her family. She was also very devoted to the Blessed Mother Mary.
She is survived by her husband, Frederick Howard Ventura; Son, Frederick H. (Donna) Ventura II; Daughter, Yvonne M. Ventura; Grandchildren, Christopher H. (Crystal) Ventura, Chelsea M.V. (Jared) Masuda, and Carlin M. (Marcie) Ventura; Great Grandchildren, Ziva K. Ventura, Keanu J. Ventura, Rhea Ventura, Dylan Ventura, Thea H. Masuda, Ezra K. Masuda, and Zayn K. Ventura; and her sisters, Joan (deceased) Allen Freitas and LaVern (Edwin) Kishimoto.
Colette will be dearly missed.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at Holy Ghost Church in Kula, Maui. Visitation will be at 8:00am and Mass at 9:00am. Burial will take place at Maui Veterans Cemetery in Makawao at 10:30am.
