Kenneth Alan Hultquist, II, 61 of Lahaina, passed away on December 12, 2012 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born February 19, 1951 in Germany.
He is predeceased by his son, Nils Hultquist and brother Kirk Hultquist.
He is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Harriet Hultquist; his companion of 16 years, Ellen Levinsky; daughter, Arika Hultquist; sisters, Jane and Gail Hultquist and grandchildren, Kieren Kawai Murphy and Makena Murphy.
