Kurtis Jay Klassen

Kurtis Jay "Kurt" Klassen passed away on March 8, 2025, in Maui, Hawaii. Born on March 18, 1993, in Fargo, North Dakota, Kurt embraced life with a generous spirit and an unwavering dedication to those around him.

Kurt had a deep appreciation for nature and spent much of his time outdoors, finding joy in the beauty of the world around him. His green thumb was evident in the way he nurtured plants and cultivated life wherever he went.

Kurtis was employed by Laulima Landscaping on Maui for nearly 12 years.

Cooking was another passion of Kurt’s; he loved using his creativity to craft delicious meals from whatever ingredients were available, turning simple elements into something special.

Known for his fierce loyalty and boundless generosity, Kurt was always willing to lend a helping hand. He worked tirelessly and selflessly, embodying a spirit of kindness that touched many lives. Whether offering support or simply sharing warmth and care, Kurt’s thoughtfulness left a lasting impact on those who knew him.

May his memory bring comfort to all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

He is survived by family who love him and will greatly miss him.
