Nicole Marie Johnson, 42 of Wasilla, Alaska, (formerly of Maui), has peacefully passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020, in the care of Hospice Maui surrounded by family and friends. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on April 12, 1977 to Melvin R. Johnson Sr. & Diane T. De Ponte.
Nicole will continue to live in the hearts of her daughter, Melaniah Andrade; mother, Diane Johnson; brother, Melvin R. Johnson Jr. (Nohealani); sister, Michelle Mafi; niece, nephews, extended family members and friends. Nicole was preceded by her father Melvin R. Johnson Sr.
Celebration of Nicole’s life will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2020. Beachfront at the canoe hale, located at 83 N. Kihei Rd., from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Family prefers leis or loose flowers for the celebration.
The Johnson Ohana wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Hospice Maui, for their compassionate care of Nicole during her time here.
