Richard Donald DeCoite, 80 of Makawao, Maui, peacefully passed away in his home surrounded by his loved ones on Wednesday, October 9, 2019.He was born in Paia, Hawaii on February 21, 1939. Richard was a retired Rancher and loved to dance, he was the life of the party. Although Richard is no longer here, he will continue to live in the hearts of his loving wife, Susie DeCoite; Daughters: Sandy Chung and Nan (Tony) Amaral; Son: Donald (Angela) DeCoite: Grandchildren: Kawailani (Joerod), Cody Amaral, Wailani (Chance) Valle, Kaysha (Jordan), Caylynn, Cade, Calia, Kash, River Great-grandchildren: Nalu, Kaimana, Cain, Kaikane, Achilles, Karli-Rose & Ares. Brothers: Paul DeCoite, Charles DeCoite; Sisters: Sister Maria Goretti, Bernadette Franco, Agnes Fernandez, Ann Cravalho, Donna Chong. Predeceased by Parents; Joseph & Lillian, Brothers; Joseph, Bernard, Anthony, Kenneth, George, Thomas, James and Peter DeCoite; Sister: Marion Meyers, Phyllis Abreu.

Services will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Church with visitation to start at 9:00 am and Mass to begin at 11:00 am
