

Steven began his heavenly life on 1/16/2025. He is predeceased byhis father, David Repollo, and survived by his mother, Remedios(Patera) Repollo; son, Ian Repollo, and daughter Jazmin (Israel)Gallardo; grandchildren Zayden Repollo, and Mika Gallardo; hissiblings; Charles Repollo, Kathleen (Ray) Clarke, Karen (Russel)Souza, Kim (Mike) Moon, and Mark (B.J.) Repollo, along with severalnieces and nephews.
He was born in Waialua, Oahu, and firstattended St Michael’s School, onto Waialua Elementary andgraduated in 1977 from Waialua High and Intermediate School.Steven’s life was all about ‘music’. He played the ukulele at a veryyoung age, then piano, guitar, and progressed to become a masterbass player. His first band was called Country Cousins, and laterjoined Vina and the Rock City Rollers.
After high school he moved to the Bay area and joined the band Kickback, performing in 38 states.He later attended travel school, and relocated to Kona, where heworked as an agent at Mid-Pacific airlines, and performed at theKona Hilton Luau Show and Windjammer lounge with the band“Fourtune”. In 1988 he moved to Maui to raise his family, and joinedthe Four Seasons family as a bellman for 30+ years. His Maui musicfamily included bands Hawaiian Diamond, Bambu, and numeroustrio, duo, and entertainment venues.
His favorite song to perform was‘Reasons’, by Earth, Wind and Fire, and favored artists were AlJareau, C&K, and Kalapana. But, he loved jazz and it trumped allothers. He touched many through his love of performing, and will bedearly missed.
The Repollo family, would like to invite you to a celebration of his lifeover ashes at Kaiaka Park in Haleiwa, on June 2, 2025, from10:30am-2pm. Casual attire, and please no wreaths or sprays.Flowers and lei are welcomed.
