Family and friends are invited to gather at BALLARD FAMILY MORTUARY on Friday, December 28, 2012 with visitation from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Visitation will continue on Saturday, December 29 at the mortuary from 9 am to 10:30 am, with Burial at 11:00 am at Valley Isle Memorial Park, Pauwela.

She was a room attendant with the Westin Maui.
She is survived by her husband, Dominador Duque; father, Simeon Corpuz; sons, Don (Lei Davis) Duque and Jave Duque; daughters, Cindy (Kristopher) Lulu and Dana (Roy Galo) Duque; brothers, Manuel (Pacita) Corpuz; Felix (Norma) Corpuz, Andres (Nena) Corpuz, Rolando (Melba) Corpuz and Rodrigo (Gemma) Corpuz; sisters, Lilibeth (Manuel) Galanga and Lillian (Rey) Licudan; grandchildren, Denver, Dakota and Dallys Duque; Daylen Galo and Kaya Jean Lulu.
