Carolyn Ann Marshall

Ms. Carolyn Ann Marshall departed this life on December 10, 2021 at her home in Waldorf, Maryland. She was born to the late James Marshall and Agnes Hall Marshall on March 24, 1941. She was 80 years old.

Carolyn was baptized in St. Pius V Catholic Church on June 8, 1941, in Baltimore, Maryland. She was raised and educated in Baltimore, Maryland’s public school system graduating from Frederick Douglass High School. Carolyn enlisted in the United States Army, Women’s Army Corp in April 1960 and served the Corp until her honorable discharge in June 1962.

Carolyn was a lifetime employee of Bell Atlantic, formerly C&P Phone Company, and retired after more than 25 years of service.

Carolyn loved her family and enjoyed music, art, travel, talking on the phone with dear friends, old and new, and most of all, loved and cared for many four-legged family members.

She was preceded in death by her mother, father, brother, and her dearest friend, Lorraine. She leaves behind her nephew, nieces, great nieces, and cousins, who mourn her passing and will cherish her fond memories.
