Judy Kay DeBold

Judy Kay DeBold died July 25, 2012 at her home in Mechanicsville, Maryland at the age of 65 from uterine cancer. Judy was a professional roller skater in New York from a young girl through high school. Judy had an at home day care while the children were in school. Judy was a receptionist at Branch Electric Company for 21 years.She was also a guardian with Bethel #4 in Hyattsville, Maryland. Judy loved gardening, cooking, jewelry and shoe shopping. She loved to travel and spending time with her family. Preceded in death by her parents Elmer Lindsey and Betty Jean (Woolsoncroft) Tipton, Sr. Survivors include: husband Sterling DeBold, Sr., children: Dawn (Bernie) Frickx, Crystal (Chris) Judd and Sterling (Courtney) DeBold, Jr., grandchildren: Lacey, Ceairra and Destiny Frickx, Kayla Judd and Savannah Frickx, Brothers and sister: Elmer L. Tipton, Jr., Alethea Burch and Brett A. Tipton. Her faithful companions: poodles: Midnight and Emma. Family will receive friends on Sunday, July 29, 2012 from 2-00 - 4-00 and 6-00 - 8-00 pm. at The Huntt Funeral Home, 3035 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, Maryland where funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm on Sunday, July 29, 2012. Burial will take place at 11:00 am. on Monday, July 30, 2012 at Lakemont Memorial Gardens, Davidsonville, Maryland.
