On January 26th, God called another earth Angel home. This Angel we called “Mom,” was born Lillian Louise (Gloden) Willett on June 15, 1936. She was preceded in death by her late Husband Joseph Robert Willett, and her parents, Alice Elizabeth (Hart) Gloden and Edward Lee Gloden, as well as her sister Grace Jenkins, and brothers Edward Gloden, Jr., George (Woody) Gloden, and McKinley Gloden.
Lillian is survived by her children Joseph R. Willett, Jr. (Jeanne), Judy A. Bazzarre (Frank), Linda L. Harris, and Larry W. Willett. She is also survived by her four Grandchildren Jennifer Maese, Bradley Bazzarre, Joseph Willett, III, and Larry Willett, Jr., and her three Great-Grandchildren, Joseph Willett, IV, Anna Willett, and Isla Bazzarre. She is also survived by her sisters Betty Beavers, Joanne Johnson, her brothers Charles Gloden and Roger Gloden.
Lillian was proud of her family and loved them more than anything. She loved spending time with them, and it didn’t matter what she did as long as she was with her family. There was no greater love than what she shared with her Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. Her house was always full of laughter from the many children she watched throughout her life, whether they were family members or friends.
She loved going to Bingo and playing the slot machines, and taking long drives with her husband. She enjoyed playing cards with her children and crocheting. She will be greatly missed as she was the glue that held our family together.
