

Born on July 28, 1958 at Columbia Hospital for Women. He attended Suitland High where he graduated with the class of 1977. He also attended Crossland Vocational Center where he learned the plumbing trade.
Bobby retired from the Prince George's County School Board, Maintenance Department in 2011.
At 16 he became a Jr Firefighter and continued his calling to help people at the following Prince George's County Fire Departments: Silver Hill, Seat Pleasant, Hillside District Heights, Allentown And Morningside. ( Wherever Nick Finamore was Bobby was by his side.) The Prince George's County Fire Department Convention held at Allentown Road Fire Department brought Bobby and the love of his life Joanna together and they married in 1990 at a small wedding consisting of 320 friends and family members. The Glascoe wedding was the party of the year that everyone wanted to attend and still talks about to this day.
Bobby enjoyed attending NASCAR races, being with his family at Breezy Point, Puzzles, Music and animals.
Bobby was known to be a man with a big heart and would do anything he could to help someone out. He was also known for being very outspoken and a jokester.
Survivors include his wife, Joanna and sisters, Ethel Shade and Barbra Jean Grim of Inwood, WV along with him 10 cats and 1 dog and many other family members and friends.
