Alan Charles Ouimet

Al was born and raised in the Detroit area and spent many years working as a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) operator at Futuramic Tool, and for a short time at Troy Design.

Behind his tough exterior, Al had a deep love for his family. He was especially proud to be a father to his sons and a grandfather to his grandson, Wyatt. Known for his big heart, Al made friends easily and cherished many lifelong friendships, some dating back to his teenage years.

A true character, Al brought laughter and warmth wherever he went. He loved spending time with his friends and family at the farm, a place that held special meaning for him throughout his life.

Al is survived by his partner, Barb Frankowiak, sons, Sean Ouimet and Brad (Victoria) Ouimet, grandson Wyatt, sister Renee (Rick) Dwyer, and brother, Jeff (Robbin) Ouimet, along with four nephews, Scott Dwyer, Andrew Dwyer, Ryan Ouimet, Kyle Ouimet, and many cousins.

Visitation will take place Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 3:00pm until 8:00pm at D.S. Temrowski Funeral Home 30009 Hoover Road Warren, Michigan 48093.
