

Born and raised in the town of Thomas, West Virginia, Carole's heart was always tied to her roots. At the tender age of nine, she embarked on a new chapter in Michigan, where she carried forward the values instilled in her during her formative years. Carole was a proud Italian/Sicilian woman, embodying the rich heritage and traditions of her ancestry throughout her life.
In 1954, Carole joined hands in marriage with her beloved husband, Charles, beginning a journey that would span 59 remarkable years until Charles's passing in 2013. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and enduring commitment. Carole's professional journey as a hairdresser allowed her to touch the lives of many, sharing her talent and creativity with clients who cherished her not just for her skills, but for the warmth and kindness she brought to every appointment.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Carole's passion for cooking and her love for music were evident to all who knew her. Her kitchen was a place of warmth and comfort, where she delighted in preparing delicious meals for her family and friends. Her love for music, coupled with her beautiful voice, filled the hearts of those around her with joy and happiness.
Carole's faith was a cornerstone of her life, and she found solace and purpose as a longtime parishioner and Eucharistic Minister at St. Malachy Catholic Church. Her dedication to her faith was unwavering, and she found immense fulfillment in serving her community through her ministry.
Above all else, Carole treasured her family more than anything in this world. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, grandmother, and GG, whose love knew no bounds. Her family was her pride and joy, and she leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering devotion that will be cherished for generations to come.
Carole was the beloved wife of the late Charles. Loving mother of Cheryl (Kenny) Lang, Kim (Ken) Kryska, Eileen (Mike) Assemany, and Vivian (George) Braxton. Cherished grandmother of Eric (Jessica), Natalie (Rich), Jennifer (Jake), Julie (Andrew), Bernie, Sam, Matt, Charlie, Brandon, Adaya (Cole), Elizabeth (Mike), and Madeline. Adored GG of James, Caprice, Briella, Valentina, Luke, Asher, Zachary, Lincoln, Luna, Declan, and Hayes. Dear sister of the late Jimmy Pinto, Cathy Finkbeiner, and Ralph (Claudine) Pinto. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Memorial Visitation for Carole will be held on Monday, February 26th from 3-8pm with a 7pm Rosary at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road, Warren, MI. A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 27th with a gathering time at 10:30am until the time of her Mass at 11:00am at St. Malachy Catholic Church,14115 E 14 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI.
