Caroline M. Pierce

Caroline M. Pierce, age 76 died Saturday May 1, 2004 at St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren Michigan. Mrs. Pierce was born in Detroit, Michigan and resided most of her adult life in Warren, Michigan where she raised her children and was a devoted wife to her husband John. Mrs. Pierces husband John remembers his wife as a wonderful cook and baker, also when the microwave oven was introduced she took every cooking course and read every book pertaining to cooking in the microwave oven. She constantly learned, and studied. Mrs. Pierce was known for her excellent crocheting of afghans and doilies. She loved to dance with her husband and adored her grandchildren. Mrs. Pierce went to cosmetology school and became a hairdresser and also took classes in cake decorating. Mrs. Pierce is survived by her beloved husband John. Dearest loving Mother of Michelle (Brian) Tate of Clawson, and Kenneth Pierce of Macomb Township. Loving grandmother of Taylor, and Alysse Miller. Dear sister of Mary Zeitz and Virginia Chekaway. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday May 8, 2004, 10:00 am, at St. Sylvester Catholic Church 11200 Twelve Mile Road (between Van Dyke & Hoover Rd.).
