Chester Ogonowski passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at Abbey Nursing Home in Warren MI, at age 82. Chet is survived by his wife Mary, sons James and Gary and grandchildren, Ashley, Evan, Chase, and Kaylyn. Surviving siblings include sisters, Rose Kulesza, Helen Kulesza, and brother Stan. Chet served in the United States Marine Corps and performed an additional 30 years of government service. He will be laid to rest at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly Michigan, with full military honors, Monday August 11th, 2008.
