David F. Temerowski “Grumpy”, 78, passed away in the presence of his family on January 18, 2022. He is survived by his saint of a wife Merry, the rotten kids Andrew (Dana), Daniel (Jennifer), Mark (Mellissa), the brats Brice, Caden, Sophia, Wyatt, Annabelle, and his sister Rosie (George). He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Amilia, and his brother Benny.
Dave was a veteran, he was also a millwright for all his working years, retiring from GM. During retirement his many past times included telling you that you were doing it wrong, wondering why can’t you see it, it’s right in front of your nose, offering a one-way trip to the moon, but most of all he enjoyed sitting by the fire at his happy place.
If you were one of the lucky ones to get beyond Dave’s intimidating, gruff exterior you were able to see his kind, teddy bear heart, endless love, and generosity. The world will seem a little quieter without Grumpy here, a celebration of life will be held on July 2nd, 2022 at 2:00pm, 3338 Froede Rd. Kingston, MI 48741.
