Eleanor Shereda

Eleanor Shereda age 83 died Tuesday June 4, 2013 at St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren Michigan. Eleanor was born March 23, 1930 in Detroit Michigan the daughter of the late Floyd and the late Stella (nee: Danielak) Prill.Eleanor was raised in Detroit and graduated from Pershing High School in Detroit. Following her schooling Eleanor worked for a time before marrying and becoming a domestic engineer "homemaker".During her marriage she and her late husband enjoyed taking many cruises, visiting the Las Vegas Casinos or just traveling. She cherished her Boston Terrier dogs and doted on her husband. Eleanor bragged about her family, nephews, and nieces, to anyone she met. She always kept people thinking with her sharp tongue and quick wit. Eleanor was the beloved wife of the late Leonard Shereda and is the dear sister of Floyd Prill, James (Barbara) Prill, and the late Marion Zielonka. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation for Eleanor will be Thursday from 3-8pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Rd. at Common (12 1/2 mile). Funeral Services will be held Thursday evening 7pm at the Funeral Home.
