Eugene Hengehold

Eugene hengehold, 79, of Warren died Saturday, January 21, 2006 at St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren, surrounded by his family and friends. He was born December 13, 1926 in Detroit, Michigan. As a young man, Eugene served in the United States Navy during WWII. He served aboard an LST for two years and was then honorably discharged in 1946. Eugene worked for Kinnie Annex Trucking Company until his retirement in 1991. Eugene is survived by his loving wife, Beverly; son, David (Adrienne) of Rochester; daughter, Gwen and Royal of Ann Arbor; granddaughter, Grace; brothers, Bernard, David of California and Richard of Florida; and sisters, Katherine Gramnens, Mildred Szlapa, Margaret Chmielewski and Phyllis Winters of Michigan. He is predeceased by his parents, Herbert and Grace; brothers, Ralph, Lawrence and Harold; and sister, Loretta Kranich. Visitation for Eugene will take place Tuesday, January 24, 2006 from 3:30pm until 8:30pm with a funeral service at 7:00 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover at Common Rd. (12 Mile). The service will be officiated by Pastor Jerry Weinzierl. In lieu of flowers memorial donations are appreciated to the charity of your choice. The world lost a great man and Heaven has a new angel. Fly High!
