George graduated from the University of Detroit as a doctor of dental surgery and spent over 50 years in the dental field.
George found his Catholic faith to be very important to him, but in his leisure time he enjoyed golfing, bowling, fishing, playing card games and watching sports, however, spending time with his family was what was near and dear to him.
He is survived by his nephew Tom (Tammy) Windisch, their children Tommy & Liz, nephew Rob (Tracey) Windisch and their children Rob Jr. (Jenna), Kelsey and Emily, also Rob Jr. and Jenna’s daughter Hallie.
