George Robert Victory Bob, 70, of Warren went home to be with the Lord June 10, 2008 surrounded by family and friends. He was born August 7, 1937 in Detroit to the late George and Thelma Victory. George was a retired asbestos worker for Local 25. He loved going to garage sales and working with wood. He specialized in making doll and bird houses. George is survived by his loving wife of 50 years to Marty; father of Elizabeth, Robert (Lisa), Steven (Lisa), Donna (John) and Thomas (Danielle); grandchildren, Keith, Jeremy, Rebecca, Sarah, Lindsey, Lauren, Stephanie, Shelby, Taylor, Alexa and Mackenzie; and brother of Dorothy, Donald, Ruth and Randy. Visitation for Mr. Victory will be Thursday from 5-9 pm and Friday from 2-9 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover at Common (12 Mile). A funeral service will be held Saturday, 11:00 am at the funeral home. Memorial donations are appreciated to St. John Home Care Hospice.
