

He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Branislava Branka, son Goran (Jamie) daughter Gordana grandchildren Marko and Gaga, brothers Mile Grujic (Vera) and Ljubomir Caki Misoski (Nena), as well as many nieces, nephews, Kumovi and family in both Serbia and United States. He was preceded in death by his loving parents Bozo and Todo Misovski, brothers, Blagoja Grujic, Veljko Misoski and sister Marija Misovski.
Georgi loved life and joyfully lived it to the fullest. He was active and full of energy until his last days. Always jumping in to lend a hand to anyone in need. His greatest joy was spending time with family and his grandchildren who were his pride and joy. He enjoyed many activities including chess, soccer and gardening, where he harvested beautiful flowers and oversized vegetables he shared with friends and family. He was active in the community and his beloved church St. Lazarus Ravanica. He was active in the pensioners club. Always the person to volunteer for any church project. For many years, Georgi warmly welcomed parishioners and guests to St. Lazarus, always with a smile and kind word.
Georgi will be missed the most by his beautiful wife, best friend and companion of fifty years, his children, grandchildren and our community.
Visitation Sunday, February 6th from 3pm to 9pm with the Pomen at 6pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road in Warren. the family will be Instate at 10am until time of Liturgy 11am at St. Lazarus Serbian Orthodox Church, 4575 Outer Drive East, Detroit, MI 48234. Burial to take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Twp.
