Howard Edward Kracht

He was the beloved husband of the late Judith. Dear father of David (Sharlene), Steve (Cheryl), and the late Michael. Proud grandpa of David (Sarah), Alex (Kendra), Danielle, Aaron (Jasmine), Rebecca, and the late Sarah. Also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Howard was preceded in death by his sisters and their husbands, Eleanor (Ray) Engel and Dorothy (Gene) Tarvin.

Howard was born in Detroit. He worked and retired from Chrysler following 30 dedicated years. He and Judith were longtime residents of Warren and devoted parishioners of Hope Lutheran Church; both of which is where they raised their family.

Howard was also a passionate bowler. He was proud to be a past president of the Greater Detroit Bowling Association (now MDUSBC) and he bowled in countless leagues in the area's many houses.

A short visitation will take place at Hope Lutheran Church on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 10am until time of service at 11am.

Interment at Christian Memorial Cultural Center, Rochester Hills.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Howard's memory to Hope Lutheran Church are appreciated
