Irene M. Mazur, age 88, of Chesterfield died Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at St. John Macomb Oakland Campus. She was born August 10, 1919 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of the late Frank and the late Katherine Waskiewicz. Irene is survived by her children, Bronislaw (Lorraine), Patricia (Robert) Leasure, Fred (Gloria), Tom (Joan), and Marcia (John) Kitrys; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Wednesday 5-9 pm and Thursday 2-9 pm with a evening rosary service at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Road). She will lie in state Friday 9:00 am at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church until the time of the funeral mass at 9:30 am. Officiating the Funeral Liturgy will be Rev. Fr. Roman Pasieczny.
