James A. Kollinger, age 55 of Warren, died Sunday, January 5, 2014 at his residence, after a valiant battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease).. He was born on May 26, 1958 in Detroit, son of Richard and Mary Ann (nee: Kosmalski) Kollinger.James was the beloved son of Dale & Mary Ann, dear brother of Elizabeth (Brian) Bradley and Patty Kollinger, and devoted uncle of Shaun Burke, Ryan Burke, Bob Bradley, Dan Bradley, and Julia Bradley. A Memorial Visitation for James will be held on Thursday, January 9th from 10am-11am, with an 11am Memorial Service, at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ½ Mile Road) in Warren. Memorial donations are welcomed to ALS of Michigan, 24359 Northwestern Hwy, Ste. 100, Southfield, MI 48075.
