Jamie A. Gentile

Jamie A. Gentile, 36, of Sterling Heights, died Monday, April 24, 2006 at her home. She was born in Detroit on May 11, 1969, but spent most of her life in Sterling Heights with and nearby family and friends. She worked for a number of years in the restaurant industry serving others. More recently, she completed cosmetology school and she found her calling and passion as a hairdresser. She was known for her strong sense of family. Above all, her biggest joy in life was sharing in holidays, birthdays, and other family events with her parents, brother, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. Jamie is survived by her beloved parents, Kenneth and Lucille; loving brother, Keith; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation for Jamie will be held Thursday 5-9 pm and Friday 2-9 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover at Common (12 1/2 Mile). A scripture service will be said Friday at 7:00 pm. She will be in state Saturday from 9:00 am until the time of Mass 9:30 am at St. Rene Goupil Catholic Church, 35955 Ryan, Sterling Heights. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township. Memorial donations are appreciated to the Michigan Humane Society, 26711 Northwestern Hwy., Southfield, MI 48034.
