Good by dear Jean it was a privilege to have known you and having such happy times at your home. I especially remember all the fun we had when Peter John Yvonne and myself with her and Greg . It was so nice meeting all the family and seeing all the changes from my first visit/ Very deepest sympathy to Greg and all the family especially my dear friend Ronnie Love from Peter Margaret Yvonne and John {Skelly}

I remember she would bake oatmeal cookies first thing in the morning before she drove us to school. Ever time I make those cookies I always think of her because she'd make them so big. Thanks for the memory Mrs. Fuller!

I remember being terrified to meet the Matriarch of the family. My husband David spoke so highly of his grandma. I never dreamed I could ever measure up to her standards. However, it happened one morning. I came downstairs to get a cup of coffee. Grandma was listening to a Roy Rogers song. I started singing along. Grandma spun around, looked at me, and asked if I knew the song. We started talking about Roy Rogers and instantly bonded. She was an astounding woman who loved and was loved by many.

From Great Granddaughter Layla Frohriep: I'm sorry to hear about Grandma Rico. She was a good lady who made everyone laugh and feel at home. Although I didn't get to see her as much as I wanted, I will always love and miss her. I know she will be watching over us and taking care of us forever. I'm sorry that I can't be there. The best thing I can do for the family is to take care of everything up here at home. That way no one has anything to worry about during their time of sadness. Just remember I'm thinking of everyone and send my love to all. Great Grandma is my first thought when I wake up and my last thought before I go to sleep. It's impossible to not think of someone who gave us all so many memories. She lives on in all of us.

It was great to have Jean and Dad come to Los Angeles to see my restaurants and gallery. Here they are as happy as they were throughout their marriage.

Greg, Sorry for your loss. Jean was a wonderful person. Tom and I loved spending time with you and Jean at the Red Dog Cafe for breakfast. We loved hearing her stories. Jean will truly be missed. You and your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

If somebody asked me to describe Grandma in one word I would say (text book). She was the strongest caring person I have ever known. She welcomed everybody into her home with nurturing conversation And abundant food. She loved to cook, and loved for people to eat. I have fond memories of spending time during the summer with her ,and Greg. Going to the beach ,and just hanging out at the house. As I go through my life journey I hope I can touch the lives of half the people she did. I have never seen her angry ,always so positive. I did see her talk to Greg in Spanish pointing her finger that may have been anger (lol). I will truly miss this beautiful women. I was blessed to have had the honor of being her grandson.

Uncle Greg, I am so sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful lady. I looked forward to your visits when you and Aunt Jean would come to San Antonio. I loved when she would tell us stories about your travel adventures. Her voice was filled with so much excitement. I will always remember her as a loving, caring lady filled with joy, love and laughter. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time sorrow. God Bless you.

Grandma, I was SO NERVOUS to meet you! Curtis always spoke so highly of you and how protective you were of your family. He warned me that even if I say no thanks, you'd STILL offer me food. 

He was right. You're one of the greatest people God ever created! My life is better for having known you.

Prayers to The Rico/Fuller family, so sorry for your loss. Jean was extremely strong, loving, full of spunk, she always had a ton of stories and I loved our morning coffee and gossip we had. It will be a morning ritual I will miss dearly. Just listening to her talk about her kids and grandkids, great grandkids she was so proud and had so much love for everyone. Jean is truly one of a kind, And will be missed by so very many!!

Our heartfelt support goes out to the Rico and Fuller Families on the loss of their beautiful wife and mother. Our hearts are heavy with the passing of our dear first cousin, Jean. She was a wonderful, generous, kind and colorful woman. Her life was full of family and faith. I was fortunate to discover cousin Jean and her loving family on Ancestry 4 years ago. We so enjoyed two wonderful reunions, plus last year Jean and Greg took us for an awesome tour of Avoca, MI. Jean reminisced about people and places as we strolled around. A perfect family day. I so loved her stories about my father and the rest of the Sylvester, Fuller, Martin, Rico Families. Always smiling and entertaining and much loved. We will all miss Jean dearly.
