Joseph H. Buckley, long time resident of Gladwin, died Saturday, September 22, 2007 at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township. Joseph was born March 18, 1916 in Nannyglo, Pennsylvania the son of the late Anthony and the late Mary (nee: Bontron) Bokoniewicz. Mr. Buckley was a veteran of WWII having served in the Army. He was a member of D.A.V. Joseph enjoyed dancing. He always loved to have people around him. Most of all Joseph loved his family and friends. Joseph is the beloved husband of Lucille. He is the dear father of Maynard Buckley, Chris (Ray) Malkiewicz, Virginia Grzech and Joseph (Nancy) Buckley. He is the loving grandfather of Sue Stahl, Jane Tilotti, Gerald Grzech, Lisa Lieker, Kelly Buckley, and Elizabeth Buckley. Joseph is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his grandson Raymond and son in law Joe Grzech. Visitation for Joseph will be Wednesday 3-9 P.M. at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 Mile). Scripture services Wednesday 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
