Lawrence P. Zdanio, age 70, of Monroe, passed away March 14, 2021. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Monroe VFW Post 1138. Larry enjoyed sharing his lakefront home for get-togethers. Some of the activities he enjoyed was playing euchre and poker, fishing, boating, feeding squirrels and birds. He was active with the board for the Indian Trails Association. He loved finding antiques at yard and garage sales.
Loving brother of Yolanda (Dennis) DelCotto, Paul (Carol) Zdanio, Virginia (Donald) Cenkner and Angela (Norman) Demsich. Special friend of Karen Winchell. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. He will also be missed by his cat, Pouchai. Predeceased by his parents Peter and Cecilia Zdanio.
Visitation will be Thursday from 3pm until 8pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd, Warren, MI 48088. In state on Friday from 10:30am until time of Funeral Mass at 11am at St. Malachy Catholic Church, 14115 E. 14 Mile Rd., Sterling Heights.
