Leslie Marie Daly

Leslie was a beloved sister to Diane Runyon and Beverly Brumm, and sister-in-law to Ricky. She was a cherished aunt to Tricia (Chris), Holly (John), and Angela (Tyler), and a loving great-aunt to Sophia, Baylee, Elianna, Charlotte, and Eleanor.

Leslie had a deep love for nature and had a special gift for gardening, especially flowers. Whether planted or wild, she could bring almost any plant back to life. An avid animal lover, she enjoyed feeding the birds and cared deeply for all creatures. She was known as a true people person: generous, friendly, and always willing to help others. Leslie was passionate about recycling and made every effort to reuse and recycle anything she could.

She loved to travel, especially road trips out west to Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico. Music was a huge part of her life, and she enjoyed attending concerts, often bringing her sisters along. Her taste in music was wide-ranging, from rock favorites like AC/DC, Meat Loaf, Bob Seger, and Kid Rock, to Motown classics and artists such as Eminem and Dolly Parton.

Leslie also loved shopping on QVC and delighted in buying things not only for herself, but for her sisters as well. Her thoughtfulness, warmth, and joyful spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 22, from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, in Warren. Instate will be held at the funeral home the following day, Friday, January 23, from 11:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 pm.
