Kontos, Marylin K., age 83, February 10, 2023. Beloved wife of John for 62 years. Dear mother of Christine (Harold) Triche, Cindy (the late Lorenzo) Kontos-Lo Grasso, Stephanie (Scott) Kontos, John (Sherrie) and Jenifer Liptak. Loving grandmother of Meghan, Lisa, Samantha and Jake.
For nearly 30 years, Marylin was active with the Clinton Valley Lions Club serving Clinton Township, MI as well as serving the local communities in higher leadership roles within the district. She spent over 40 years as a committee member of the Warren Lincoln High School Alumni Club. She enjoyed bowling to keep active and especially for the comradery.
Visitation Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 3-9pm with a 7pm Rosary at D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Rd., Warren.
Instate Friday 9am until the time of a Funeral Mass 9:30am at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, 31555 Hoover Rd., Warren. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in her name to Leader Dog for the Blind, www.leaderdog.org in Rochester Hills, MI.
