He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carol Leruth-Robertson, Zbigniew Krajewski, and Christine Krajewski.
Michael, affectionately known as “Big Mike” by his friends, was known for his kindness, loyalty, generosity, and his caring nature. His heart was so big he often carried people who didn’t even know they needed carrying. He would drop everything to help someone in need without hesitation.
Michael’s infectious smile could light up a room, and his sense of humor brought joy to everyone around him. He loved fishing and cooking, especially crab legs. He found great happiness in sharing meals with those he loved.
An athlete at heart, Michael played baseball, football, hockey, and golf. He was a proud varsity player in both football and hockey at Dakota High School, and a member of the 2006 State Championship football team, a memory he treasured.
More than anything, Michael’s greatest joy was being a father. His love for his daughters and family was the guiding light of his life.
Visitation for Michael will be held on Thursday, July 3rd from 3–8 PM, with a Funeral Service at 7 PM at D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road, Warren, MI 48093.
Michael will be forever remembered for the love he gave, the laughter he shared, and the lives he touched.
