Michael C. Ragla

Michael Carl Ragla, age 40 of Roseville, died May 22, 2010 at his home surrounded by his family. Michael was born October 02, 1969 in Dearborn, Michigan the son of Carl Ragla and Marilyn (nee: Malesky) Ragla. Michael was raised in Westland and graduated from John Glenn High School the class of 1987. He later went to trade school studying electronics. Following his schooling Michael worked for Eaton Automotive in Rochester Hills as a technician before the plant closed. For the past 10 years Michael has been employed by Absopure Water Company in Plymouth Michigan as a maintenance technician and trouble shooter. He could handle almost any problem which occurred at the company from quality control to computer programming. When Michael was not working he was an avid Detroit Red Wing fan and also a mentor to his stepson. He taught his stepson Matthew roller and street hockey. Also Mike loved to play golf or spend time up north quad-wheeling or snowmobiling. He had a passion for his family, his dogs, and smoking his cigars and enjoying a cold beer. Michael is survived by his loving wife Renee, and stepson Matthew. He is the dear son of Carl and Marilyn Ragla, and dear brother of Michele (Todd) Campbell, and Robert (Katie) Ragla. Also surviving is his grandmother Gladys Ragla and many loving relatives and friends. Visitation for Michael will be Tuesday 3-9 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 mile). Funeral services will be held Wednesday 11:30 am at the Funeral Home.
