Nicholas Zast, age 104, died November 11, 2003 at BiCounty Community Hospital in Warren, Michigan. He was born in Yugoslavia and resided mostly in Warren, Michigan. Mr. Zast retired from Chrysler Motors. Mr. Zast is survived by a sister Mileva Grbic of Yugoslavia and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Zast was predeceased by his wife Josephine. Visitation will be Thursday from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm, at the funeral home, and also Friday from 10 am at St. Lazarus Serbian Orthodox Church, 4575 E. Outer Drive in Detroit. The funeral service will begin at 11 am. Memorial donations appreciated to the church.
