Patricia Ann Furlick was born on March 2, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan and died on January 30, 2026 in Sterling Heights, Michigan. She was predeceased by her parents, Edward Furlick and Ann (Skit) Furlick, and a brother, Ronald. She is survived by a sister, Nancy Voight.
Pat worked for over 50 years at the same company, originally the Wyatt Company, now known as WTW. She was the receptionist at the Detroit/Southfield Michigan office. She had a loving long-term relationship with the artist, Allen Berke, until his death in 2003.
Pat’s most defining characteristic was her exceptional ability to connect with people on a personal level. She had an insatiable interest in people and their stories, including those she met and celebrities in the news. Always professional in her appearance and demeanor, Pat was dedicated to making the WTW reception area a welcoming and effective entry point for associates and clients alike.
Pat was generous to all, especially those less fortunate, and she loved animals. She loved gift giving and was committed to finding the perfect gift for each individual. She loved to tease and share humorous moments with friends.
She took pride in owning her home as a single woman, quite an accomplishment. It was a credit to her commitment, her work ethic, and to the company that rewarded her skill and devotion.
Pat had many facets, as does any beautiful jewel, and our memories of her will shine on.
A celebration of Pat's life will be held at a later time.
