Patrick J. Shea

Patrick J. Shea, age 73, of Sterling Heights, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2010 at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Warren. He was born on November 21, 1936 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Francis M. and Irene (nee Herron) Shea. Patrick was united in marriage to Dian Burton on February 23, 1963 in Detroit. He had retired from Computer Services Science Corporation where he worked as a computer operator and previously worked for Chrysler and General Dynamics. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1837 and the Lake St. Clair Walleye Association. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, hunting, fishing and horse racing. He is survived by his wife, Dian M.; children, Rachel (Bob) Videan and Patrick Shea; sister, Mary Ann (Don) Fradette; nieces and nephews; and loving furry friends, Bear and Nikki. He was predeceased by a daughter, Rebecca Shea and a brother, Thomas Shea. Visitation is 5-9 pm Saturday and 2-9 pm Sunday at D. S. Temrowski Funeral Home with a scripture service at 7 pm Sunday. Instate at 10:30 am Monday at St. Malachy Church, 14115 Fourteen Mile, Sterling Heights, followed by a funeral mass at 11 am. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township.
