

Paul H. Allemon, 70, of Warren , died November 23, 2006 at St. John Hospital in Detroit . He was born April 14,1936 in Detroit to the late Charles and Hilda (nee:Claeys). In 1956 Paul opened Allemon Florist and Garden Center on E. Warren in Detroit . A year later he married his wife, Marion (nee: LaGrou), on July 13, 1957 . He and his family ran the flower shop until 2004. Paul was a member of Belgian American Association, Belgian American Century Club, and Belgian American Retirees Club. Paul was very interested in people and loved to talk to everyone. He always tried to make it to Mass everyday. Paul enjoyed singing, hockey and playing practical jokes. Pauls family was the center of his life. Paul is survived by his wife, Marion (nee: LaGrou) Allemon; Children, Ken, Larry (Delfine), Kathy (Tom) Snyder, Nancy (Robert) Lopetrone and Bernie (Dee Dee); grandchildren, Ben, Allie, Jessica, and Carmen Allemon, Stephanie, and Matthew Snyder, Tiffany, Victoria, and Joshua Lopetrone; sister, Mary Ann(Martin) Herzog; sister-in-law, Diane Myny; nieces, Lynn Meyers; and newphews, Chuck Myny, Dale Herzog, and Steve Herzog. He is preceded in death by his brother, George. Visitation for Paul will be held Sunday from 5-9 pm, and Monday from 2-9 pm, at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover at Common (12 Mile). Mr. Allemon will lie in state Tuesday 9:00 am until the time of the Funeral Mass 9:30 am at St. Martin DePorres Catholic Church. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery , Clinton Township .
