Penni Ann Wood

Penni was known for her always-cheerful demeanor and her true kindness. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed every moment spent with them. Animals had a special place in her heart, especially Cooper, the pit-bull shepherd mix, and her cat Tabby who preceded her in death. Her adventurous spirit led to her traveling around Michigan, camping and visiting her siblings, and going down to Florida with Harold. A true and gracious host, she adored having her friends and family over for a home cooked meal.

Penni is the life partner of Harold Hallam. The beloved sister of Nancy (Paul) Michael, Michael (Gail) Wood, and Dan (Kim) Wood. Cherished aunt of John Michael, Lisa Buckner, Scott Michael, Christina Morpus, Steven Wood, Phillip Wood, DJ Wood, Cody Wood, Joshua Wood, Noah Wood, and Olivia Wood. She is survived by many friends and extended family members.

A memorial instate for Penni will be held Monday, June 24, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, Warren, Michigan 48088, followed by a memorial service at 10:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations made in memory of Penni to the Michigan Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
