Dear Randy,
You were my first love. You were sweet to everyone. I've thought of you through these 30 years of separation- my one regret is I didn't try to find you sooner. I love you Randy and I know we'll meet again someday. Debby

With all my Sympathy to the Demers Family, Randy was a wonderful man with the heart the size of his body..... He always could make you laugh and at the same time make you cry. he was a great guy and a good friend.....

Thoughts and prayers go out to all the Demers clan on Randy's passing. It's too bad that old friends reconnect like this. Randy was an integral part of my impressionable years when he served as manager of the Esquire, and I was his assistant (and often his ride home). But his presence lit up a room, provided ample humor, tons of stories, and a wildly fun spirit.

He was a good friend and a good guy. A man of excellent character who truly cared about others.

I am very fortunate to have known Randy. He had a great sense of humor and an easy going, laid back attitude. Many a night was spent "partying" after working at one of our movie theatres. He could so easily make you laugh and have a good time. We lost touch after my move to LA. I am truly saddened that I never reconnected with him. My heart is hurting & a miss of it will now be forever missing. He leaves behind one of the best family's I have known.

I remember Randy and Ron from way back in the days of the Little League baseball team in St Clair Shores when we were 8 or 9 years old. Randy was a few months older than me and my twin brother. I still see the team picture that my grandfather saved with Randy, coaches Mr Demers, Mr Coaster (and his son) Greg Dorchek, my late brother Al and the rest of the team when I go to my mom's house. I agree, this was such a friendly family and I always enjoyed seeing Randy and Ron from time to time since then. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Randy. Don Griesbaum

I can't believe you are gone. I'm so sorry we lost touch. Randy, I love your sweet, tender nature, your witty ssense of humor, your stories, and most of all, that you are wonderful listener. I will always remember the times and stories we had together. RIP Randy

He was the sweetest man...It was an honor to be his friend. He was the sunny part of my day. I fell in love with the way he made me feel when he smiled at me. I wish we had kept in touch these last couple years but I accepted long ago that I would never enjoy his smile again and now I find it heartbreaking to know no one else will ever experience it again either. Rest in Peace Randy...RIP my friend
