Rita was born in Detroit on November 26, 1922 into a large Polish family. She was predeceased by Raymond, her husband of 49 years. She is survived by her daughter Marsha Hurl(Gary), granddaughter Kelly Gray, great-granddaughters Jodi and Olivia Gray, sister Patricia Wensiarski, and many nieces and nephews. Rita loved her family, her home and her church where she was a member of Guardian Angels Parish in Clawson for 70 years. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, baking cookies, and watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. She will be missed by all who loved her.
A Memorial Mass will be held for Rita on Saturday, June 8th, 2024 at 12 Noon, at Guardian Angel Catholic Church, 581 E 14 Mile Road Clawson, MI 48017.
Memorial donations may be made to Beaumont Hospice or Guardian Angels Catholic Church.
